What ages do you accept?
We welcome children from 6 months through to 5 years, with carefully designed rooms and programmes tailored to each stage of development.
What is the settling-in process like?
We offer a gentle, phased settling process to help your child transition comfortably into nursery life. These short introductory sessions allow your child to build confidence, form bonds with their key person, and feel secure before starting fully.
How do you keep children safe?
Children’s safety is our highest priority. We operate secure entry procedures, require authorised collection passwords, and follow strict safeguarding and health guidance. All staff are fully trained to ensure a calm, secure environment at all times.
How will I be updated about my child's day?
We provide daily updates through our Famly electronic diary, sharing key moments, care routines, and developmental highlights. You’ll also receive verbal feedback at collection time, and parents are always welcome to contact us during the day.
Do you accept government-funded childcare hours?
Yes, we accept funded childcare hours for eligible families, including Working Families Funding from 9 months onwards. Our team will happily guide you through eligibility and how funding can be applied.
